Black Botanical History African American History Black Botanical History is based on Oak, Popolo, Willow, Mulberry, and Sycamore Trees. Oak Trees were based in Africa and the United States. African slaves were walked around an Oak tree 4-9 times to make them “forget” where they came from and “forget their memories. My most important/favorite history book that I own, the Silk Road

I think it is an incredibly well researched, written organized book that is explained well enough that a high schooler who wanted to read it could read it. I would say it is one of the top 5 most important secondary and tertiary history books that I have ever read.
