            Alexander the Great was the son of the king of Macedon, Philip he is well known for conquering as far as India, but his empire fell apart after his death. Alexander the Great was an extremely gifted and exceptional general. He was one of the most influential figures in history because he conquered most of the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern world East of Italy. He created an empire that stretched from Greece to Egypt to Turkey to India. Alexander the Great was one of the greatest generals in history, one of the most important figures in history, and created one of the largest empires in history. Alexander the Greats success wasn’t just based off of military talent or skill- he took extremely large risk- he could have been devastatingly defeated by taking these risks- but he probably couldn’t win if he didn’t take these risks.

Alexander the Great was one of the greatest generals in history; he defeated forces far superior in number, the Persians, and conquered as far as India. Alexander the Great fought daring campaigns deep in the Persian Empire to defeat Greece’s ancient enemy. Alexander the Great conquered Greece. Alexander the Great was a key figure in history because he spread Greek culture throughout the world.

Alexander the Great was one of the most impactful figures in history because he expanded Greek culture throughout the world, created one of the largest empires in history, and, finally, left a lasting legacy, including founding the Egyptian city of Alexandria in 331 BCE. He created a large empire that split into four successor kingdoms afterward. The four successor kingdoms were Egypt, the Seleucid, Macedon, and Pergamon.  He created one of the largest empires in history, rivaled only by the Soviet Union and Mongolia.

Alexander the Great was a leader and created one of the largest empires in history. Macedon spread from Macedon to Northern Africa to Southern Russia to Western India. Conquering parts of the Indian jungle was an accomplishment in itself. He even crosses the Indus River which is important because it shows the typical geographic limits of European empires for the next thousand years.

Alexander the Great changed the world by conquering one of the largest empires in history, leaving a legacy and spreading Greek culture throughout large parts of the world. Alexander the Great was the son of Philip, who died before he could start his campaign against the Persians. Alexander the Great was/ and is well known for his battle valor and fighting tactics. He led a campaign in the interior of Persia, not reinforced by sea, which was a strategic risk. Alexander the Great was one of the most talented generals in history- he was also a decent to strong statesman.
