According to this opinion writer who writes for the WSJ; his sources, two English writers, show that the United States in the least racist government/country in the world. The United States has the least systematic inequality anywhere in the world, which is why so many immigrants try to come to the United States. It also shows that most inequality, in the U.S is between people of the same race, not between different races.
Them seems to be a budget effect that has caused them to be a lapse of extensions on the Obama Care subsidies. This will cause millions of people to lose health insurance, which will be disastrous. However, it does cause an 83 billion hit to the government budget.
Any healthcare bill must cover emergency hospital visit’s, mandatory surgeries, emergency mental health care and drugs. They must also cover primary physician coverage. To help lower costs the government should negotiate prices on the most widely used, lifesaving and expensive drugs, including insulin (for sure). The plan should be covered by taxes, employers, drug companies and health insurance companies. The plan should enforce no preexisting conditions discrimination and subsidize premiums. The government should subsidize health insurance for families that make less than 150,000 and for singles who make more than 110,000. Kinds under 21 should also have dental coverage that is covered by insurance and hopefully adults too. There should be partial insurance for moderate to severe orthodontia needs in children and teenagers. American’s who cannot get health insurance from their employer should be able to buy health insurance on the market. There should be an arrangement of plans so families can get what they need. Drug costs should be capped at 50 dollars a month for those making under 80,000 dollars and year. The primary physician’s cost should be reduced to under 65 dollars for a yearly doctor visit and include that number for emergencies. There should be coverage for mental health care and hospital visits.

This is the best political writing I have done since I wrote about real estate. I have personal experience with this, but I am not sure about the details. I did extra research but this is a very complicated topic.-
